Favorite YouTube Channels!

Favorite YouTube Channels:

We all have them!  I don't default to You Tube but it is something that I like to watch when I'm tired, don't want to think too hard, and learn a little something.  I'd love to hear what your favorites are :)

and of course mine are mostly art based but not all...

Let's start with Art and work from there:

https://www.youtube.com/@PearFleur - Her videos are so relaxing!!!  So, when I am feeling maxed out, this is probably my go to channel.  Watch her make paint, and see for yourself.

https://www.youtube.com/@Art2Life - This is a podcast I listen to and he does short little videos every Sunday.  Sunday is a day that I frequently spend in my art room, so these are a go to during that time.

https://www.youtube.com/@klwebuga/videos - Sometimes you just want watercolor!  It's taken me several years of experimenting to figure out that when Plein Air Painting watercolors work best for me, so Kendra gives great demonstrations and inspiration.

https://www.youtube.com/@furrylittlepeach - This is an Australian based artist, so young and cute.  I love sharing her art videos to my students because her style feels very accessible and hip.

https://www.youtube.com/@TenHundred - This artist was shown to me by Jules (my son), this guy's style is really fun and again I like sharing his work to students.

Purely to chill:

https://www.youtube.com/@Choki - especially the ones with her cats playing - cute, relaxing, some cooking, soft music, no talking.  This is another go to when I'm really stressed or want to relax.

Comedy:

https://www.youtube.com/@EleanorMortonable - super short little clips but they're funny.

https://www.youtube.com/@DryBarComedy - This is filmed out of a comedy club in Utah, so no swearing but I find that swearing can be a real crutch in comedy, so this is refreshing and they get some really talented people.  LOL, sometimes we need a good laugh

Cooking:

https://www.youtube.com/@ProHomeCooks - So, here's the thing... I stopped watching food network years ago because guess what... watching people make food made me hungry and they rarely made anything healthy.  However, this guy really packs the meals in and his latest episodes with his adorable kids are great.  Real food...simple and easy.  Also, he doesn't push anything he's just there about making meals, which I find refreshing.

Pottery: I get this is a weird category but I taught pottery and some of these are also very relaxing.

https://www.youtube.com/@ONDOSTUDIO - Super relaxing, no talking, just making.  Love

https://www.youtube.com/@Liangceramicstudio - Gorgeous things being made, ahh...

Something other...

https://www.youtube.com/@supernu21 - Learn how to make some Multimedia magic with this one!  She makes some pretty fun things.

https://www.youtube.com/@theunexpectedgypsy - Okay so Wendy is an artist; however, her videos go in the other category because she often does videos re-arranging her room and talking about confidence and getting through hard times.  She is British and her voice just feels so warm and happy.  If you're having a low day hers will help you feel better.

Okay - this is a bit longer than I thought it would be, but hope these help and you'll share your favorites.
