Pottery even during a Pandemic

I taught pottery online during the beginning of the pandemic with mixed results. Students started out in good spirits and trying but as the semester went on; it was pretty challenging.  I setup a tent outside where students were able to pickup their materials.  They were also able to drop off pieces for grading and being fired in the kiln. This was not my favorite experience teaching; however, we got through and I was very relieved when students returned part-time in person.  We saved our clay making for when they were live in class with me.  Here's a picture of the tent that was setup outside:
